MOTOR THIRD PARTY LIABILITY
Motor Third Party Liability Insurance (MTPL) protects you against financial consequences in case you cause damage to others in connection with the operation of the insured vehicle.

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE (BASE)

Contact one of our 600 authorised repair shops or vehicle repair shop (not similarly equipped or certified in the same way as an authorised repair shop) which can survey the vehicle and repair the damage. Use comprehensive services of the repair shop and we will pay costs spent on the repair instead of you.
After you report the claim, it will be assigned a number and you can use it to follow the handling of the claim online.
Yes, you do. MTPL covers damage you cause to other participants of road traffic. Other insurance types will help you if your own vehicle is damaged, or you incur property loss or bodily injury.
After the conclusion of the insurance contract, you will get the Insurance Contract Proposal and the Green Card with a validity of one month. After we accept the contract, we send you the policy, as well as Green Card valid for one year. Since the 1st of October 2019 the Green Card has taken also the function of the original White Card.
Yes, if a bonus is granted when you conclude the insurance contract, or you have acquired a bonus in the previous insurance period and we cannot claim a refund of the indemnity from the person who caused the damage.
